6th Annual Drive-Thru Winter Clothing Collection Blesses Our Neighbors

Messiah's Mission Matters Team hosted our 6th Annual Drive-Thru Winter Clothing Collection on Saturday, January 10.

A heartfelt thank you for your outpouring of donations! It was a great opportunity to collect warm clothing and other items to help local people in need stay warm this winter.

Your donations included these items:

• 182 pairs of socks

• 64 coats

• 67 head gear

• 44 neck gear

• 7 shirts/t-shirts; 7 sweaters

• 36 sweatshirts

• 11 light jackets/vests

• 7 pairs of pants

• 5 pairs of jeans

• 52 pairs of gloves/mittens

• 11 sets of hand warmers

• 20 pairs of shoes/boots

• 2 coveralls

• 3 snow pants

• 1 pajama set

• 1 pant suit.

They were received and greatly appreciated by the following local organizations: Open Doors 65, New Life Center, and Downtown Engagement Center.
