On Reformation Sunday, October 26, we will be celebrating exciting milestones for some of our Sunday School students.
Third Grade Bible Milestones
On Reformation Sunday, October 26, our Third Graders will take an exciting step in faith!
During Sunday School, they’ll learn how to use their Bibles, and in the Elm@11 worship service, each child will receive their very own Hands-On Bible.
This joyful milestone is a cherished tradition at Messiah. As a church family, we’re invited to celebrate with them—surrounding these young disciples with encouragement, prayer, and support as they begin to explore Scripture for themselves.
Fourth Grade Guardian Angels
On Reformation Sunday, October 26, our Fourth Graders will become angels—Guardian Angels that is.
During Sunday School, they will learn about the sacrament of baptism and then, when a baby or toddler is baptized, the Fourth Grader will be assigned to be that person’s Guardian Angel—a relationship that we hope lasts a lifetime wrapped with prayer and encouragement.
Pre-K Bibles
Our Pre-K Sunday School class will also receive their bibles this Sunday, too.
