Messiah offers an engaging and enriching Sunday School program designed specifically for children ranging from three years old up to those in the fifth grade. Our current curriculum is called "Dig-In," which has been thoughtfully developed to help our young learners delve deep into understanding The Heart of God. Through this curriculum, children are encouraged to explore various biblical themes and stories that highlight God's love, compassion, and guidance in our lives.
Each Sunday, kids will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities that foster both their spiritual growth and creativity. They will engage in singing uplifting songs that not only entertain but also reinforce the lessons they are learning about faith and community. Additionally, children will share stories that resonate with their experiences, allowing them to connect personally with the teachings and with each other.
Craft activities are an integral part of our Sunday School experience, as they provide a hands-on approach to learning. Children will create various projects that relate to the lessons, which helps them to internalize the messages in a fun and memorable way. These crafts also serve as a wonderful opportunity for self-expression and creativity, allowing each child to showcase their unique talents.
To ensure that our kids are energized and ready to learn, we also provide a little snack during our Sunday School sessions. This not only gives them a chance to refuel but also creates a relaxed atmosphere where friendships can blossom and conversations can flow freely among peers. We believe that building a sense of community is just as important as the educational aspect of our program.
We invite you to join us on Sundays for this wonderful experience! Our schedule is designed to accommodate different age groups: children in grades 1 through 5 gather at 10 AM, while our younger learners in Pre-K and Kindergarten come tog
ether at 10:15 AM. We look forward to seeing you and your children as we embark on this exciting journey of faith and learning together!
